Mr. P D Kudva commenced practice in 1981 as proprietor of M/s P. D. Kudva & Co. Chartered Accountants in Pune, India. Over a period of 25 years, the firm earned a reputation for professional service in the fields of audit, income tax, company law, FEMA and Service Tax. In 2006 the firm decided to confine itself to specialized appellate work in the field of direct taxes.

A new partnership firm M/s P. D. Kudva & Associates was formed and all audit work of M/s P. D. Kudva & Co. was hived off into the new firm. M/s P. D. Kudva & Associates is a medium-sized firm of Chartered Accountants in Pune, India established since 2006. Presently it has 2 qualified partners, 4 qualified managers and 21 support staff.

In April 2016 the proprietary concern M/s P. D. Kudva & Co was converted into a new partnership firm M/s CNK P D Kudva & Co. It was decided to carry on all professional work in the new firm.

M/s CNK P D Kudva & Co is a coming together of to two reputed and well established firms-one from Mumbai and the other from Pune. CNK has a presence in Ahmedabad , Bangalore, Baroda, Chennai, Delhi, Dubai(UAE), Mumbai (2 Offices) and the office in Pune. CNK as a group has 25 partners, 75 qualified managers and over 300 support staff. CNK & its associate firms rank among the top 25 audit firms in India.

CNK P D Kudva & Co, Pune has 3 partners, 4 qualified managers and 21 semi qualified assistants. The firm has three practice areas – audit, tax, advisory.
